A Kenyan Safari - Itinerary
Day 1 - Nairobi - Massai Mara
After arriving the day before in Nairobi, you will leave your hotel and embark on a drive to Masai Mara National Reserve, stopping at the Great Rift Valley, where you will take pictures of the beautiful Rift Valley escarpments before we continue our drive to Masai Mara through Narok Town. The reserve holds on as one of the few places left on earth where wildlife still lives comparatively undisturbed, in the numbers that once roamed the plains and forests of Africa. Masai Mara is part of the vast Serengeti plains and is famous for hosting the spectacular, great seasonal Wildebeest migration and a home for the Big Five. We will arrive in time for lunch and have an afternoon game drive later on.

ACCOMMODATION- Masai Mara Sopa Lodge
MEALS AND DRINKS- Lunch, dinner and drinking water included
Day 2 - Maasai Mara
After breakfast, we'll have another full-day game drive with a picnic lunch. Masai Mara is well known for its black-manned lions, as well as its abundant resident wildlife. It's one of the few places where there’s an excellent chance to see the Big Five during a morning game drive. Many of the cheetahs are so tame that they seek shelter from the hot sun under one's vehicle and several even climb onto the roof to get a better view of prospective prey. Have lunch by the Mara River migration point as you enjoy the beautiful Mara with the Hippos and the Zebras grazing nearby. Dinner and stay at Mara Sopa Lodge.

ACCOMMODATION- Masai Mara Sopa Lodge
MEALS AND DRINKS- All meals and drinking water included
Day 3 - Lake Nakuru
You will have an early breakfast, then head to the park for the last chance to spot the big cats hunting as the sun rises lighting the golden plains of Masai Mara. The Kenya exploration safari continues to Lake Nakuru, one of the most beautiful parks in Africa, widely known as a bird paradise and a Rhino sanctuary. You’ll arrive in the evening for a chance to have a short game drive in the park and, later, a relaxing evening at the lodge.
ACCOMMODATION- Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge
MEALS AND DRINKS- All meals and drinking water.
Day 4 - Lake Naivasha
You will have an early morning game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park. This park is known for leopards, which are frequently sighted, and the two species of rhino—black and White Rhino—among many other animals.
We later drive to Lake Naivasha, arriving late in the afternoon for an optional boat trip. On this trip, you will be able to see many species of birds and water animals, like hippos, and take good pictures of them.
ACCOMMODATION- Lake Naivasha Sopa Resort
MEALS AND DRINKS- All meals and drinking water
Day 5 - Amboseli National Park
Have an early breakfast at the lodge before departing on a five-hour drive to Amboseli National Park. Arrive in time for lunch and check-in. After some rest, we will enjoy afternoon game drives. Amboseli is famous for its scenery with a backdrop of snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro, which dominates the landscape, and open plains. Amboseli is also known for being home to one of the biggest tuskers alive in the world—yes! The biggest elephants in the world! Return to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.
